We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a nice view of the surrounding area. The futon provided was comfortable and the breakfasts were amazing. The hotel facilities, especially the bath facilities, were kept clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the helpfulness of the staff who gave recommendations on places to eat and things to see. The hotel's location was also great, with many of the main attractions within walking distance.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The breakfasts were delicious and filling, with a good variety of options. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. We also loved that the hotel was located within walking distance of the main sights and attractions, making it easy to explore the area on foot.
The rooms were quite small and cramped, especially when accommodating three people. We also found the indoor onsen to be too hot for our liking.

During the Christmas holiday, I enjoyed my stay in a traditional Japanese Ryokan. The large room with a view of the beautiful scenery was amazing and the thick futon was a great surprise. The breakfast was superb and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The bath facilities were spacious and well maintained.
The checkout time of 10am was quite early after a long night's rest, and the indoor onset was too hot. although the room was advertised for triple occupancy, it felt quite tight for three people.
